ZBA08-386CU 16 East Patrick Street Anne Rowley Applicant seeks approval of a conditional use for Restaurant with Entertainment at 16 East Patrick Street, Patrick's Irish Pub and Restaurant, in accordance with Section 856.
ZBA08-414CU 820 Motter Avenue Albert Oliver Sharpe Applicant seeks approval of a conditional use for Wellhead Protection at 820 Motter Avenue, in accordance with Section 743(C)(3).
III. APPLICATION FOR APPEAL
ZBA08-451A 8 West 2nd Street United Methodist Church Applicant appeals the Zoning Administrator decision in accordance with Section 315 of the Land Management Code that the Centennial Methodist Church in the DBO zone does not permit "theater stage" as an accessory use.
