The Applicant is requesting final site plan approval for a 94,000 square foot, second story to the previously approved addition to the solar products manufacturing facility at 630 Solarex Court.  (NAC #10). (Collard)

 

C.        PC08-130FSI, Final Site Plan, Potomac Edison Monocacy Substation Expansion

 

The Applicant is requesting final site plan approval for the expansion of the existing Monocacy Substation located on the west side of North Market Street at the intersection of Schifferstadt Boulevard. (NAC #7) (Love)

 

D.        PC08-131FSCB, Combined Forest Stand Delineation and Preliminary Forest Conservation Plan, Potomac Edison Monocacy Substation Expansion

Public Hearing - Zoning Map Amendment

 

F.         PC08-312ZMA, Zoning Map Amendment, 1014, 1016, 1016-A and 1020 North Market Street Rezoning Request

 

The Applicant is requesting approval for the rezoning of the properties located at 1014, 1016, 1016-A and 1020 North Market Street from Medium Density Residential (R8) to Institutional (IST) (NAC #7).  This is the first of two public hearings.  (Bazis)

 

G.        PC08-306ZMA, Zoning Map Amendment, Visitation Academy, 228 East 2nd St. & 215 East Church St.

 

The Applicant is requesting approval for the rezoning of 228 East 2nd Street to remove the Institutional (IST) floating zone to revert to the base zone of Downtown Residential (DR) and to apply the Institutional (IST) floating zone to 215 East Church Street.  This is the first of two meetings.  (NAC#7) (Love)

 

H.        PC08-310ZMA, Zoning Map Amendment, Coca-cola Parcel

 

The Applicant is requesting approval for the rezoning of a parcel on the west side of North Market Street, east of Route 15, from the Resource Conservation (RC)/Institutional (IST) floating zone to Neighborhood Commercial (NC).  This is the first of two meetings.  (NAC#7) (Love)

I.          PC08-215FSU, Final Subdivision Plat, All Saints Parish, Lot 1 Section 1

 

The Applicant is requesting final plat approval for the re-subdivision of the property at 106 and 108 W Church Street into two lots. (NAC #11) (Collard)

 

 

J.         PC07-671FSU, Final Subdivision Plat, Frederick Towne Center

 

The Applicant is requesting final plat approval for the creation of two lots as part of the Frederick Towne Center revitalization plan: Lot 1 for the residential component of the mixed use plan and Lot 2 for the commercial areas.  (NAC #5) (Reppert)

K.        PC08-117FSI, Final Site Plan, Hargett PND

 

The Applicant is requesting final site plan approval and architectural approval for the neighborhood commercial area within the PND.  (NAC #8) (Reppert)

 

Applicant requests a parking modification from 1986 Ordinance Section 14.04 to reduce the number of spaces required by 8 as permitted in Section 6.12. 

 

MISCELLANEOUS

 

L.                 PC08-254PFCP/FCP Worman's Mill City Parkland Along Tuscarora Creek

 

The Applicant is requesting Combined Preliminary/Final Forest Conservation Plan approval for afforestation of a portion of the area within Worman's Mill PND which will be dedicated to the City of Frederick for parkland.  The planted areas will meet the offsite forest conservation requirements for the Worman's Mill Town Center and Monocacy Park developments.   (NAC #4) (Collard/Reppert)
