1.  Request for approval to piggy-back Baltimore County Environmental Restoration On-Call Services Contract #42875 and issue a Purchase Order to Environmental Quality Resources, LLC for the removal of silt from Carroll Creek in the not to exceed amount of $235,000.00 for the Department of Public Works.

2.  To write-off accounts over $200 determined to be uncollectible 

3.  Various Budget Transfers to balance accounts for FY08 year end

4.  A Resolution for the purpose of approving development of housing at the former Hanson/Taney public housing site & 126 South Carroll Street, Site G, to be financed either directly by the State of Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development or through the Department's Community Development Administration
