OPEN WARRANT ADVISORY

The Frederick Police Department is committed to reducing crime and to promoting the safety and quality of life of all City residents. To achieve these goals, and in the spirit of community policing, the department has created the following inventory of open arrest warrants, or “open charging documents.” This resource represents a technological application by the Frederick Police Department to solve a problem faced by police departments across the country.

More than 1,000 subjects are currently wanted in the City of Frederick on charges ranging from simple “failures to appear” in court to serious felonies. Many warrants result from actions in which individuals apply to the District Court Commissioner’s Office for criminal charges. Once processed, these warrants often remain stagnant until the suspects can be located.

This inventory of open warrants is strictly intended for informational purposes only and is updated every fourteen days. Before taking an individual into custody, police officers will confirm from other law enforcement sources that an open arrest warrant is active.

As with numerous other programs, the Frederick Police Department is again partnering with the public by offering this open warrants inventory as another available resource. The department seeks to create a stronger bond with City residents to make Frederick safer for everyone. We ask for your help in locating these individuals.

Please call the Frederick Police Department at 301-600-2101 if you any of the information below is incorrect, if you wish to turn yourself in to police, or if you wish to report the whereabouts of any person listed below.
