Chief Kim C. Dine and the Frederick Police Department would like to again inform the citizens of Frederick that of problems concerning the use of certain small motor “scooters.”
Please be aware that many of these vehicles are not street-legal, cannot be registered for street use by the MVA, and riding them on Frederick streets could constitute a fine or confiscation.
