INFILTRATION & INFLOW (I&I) STUDY FEES
The purpose of this fee is for the funding of the sanitary sewer infiltration and inflow repair program.

$300 (per dwelling unit) |
| Townhouse |
$300 (per dwelling unit) |
| Condos/Apartments |
$300 (per dwelling unit) |
| COMMERCIAL |
| $30.00 per Fixture Unit or $300.00 Maximum. All projects subject to City sewer are required to pay a fee of $30 per unit based on the number of plumbing fixture units installed, with a maximum fee of $300 for 10 or more fixture units. |
