Under the command of Captain Bryan C. Brown, the Operational Services Bureau incorporates a diverse grouping of essential departmental divisions.

The Operational Services Bureau is comprised of: the Patrol Division which includes the patrol commander’s office plus six independent squads of patrolmen; the Community Services Division which includes a Victim Services Unit and the Uniformed Auxiliary; the Planning Division which is tasked with departmental planning plus weapons of mass destruction education and preparation; and the Financial Affairs Division.
