The City of Frederick adopted the Strategic Water Interim Plan in May 2002. Policy D-6 requires the City of Frederick to develop a growth management monitoring system that tracks water at each stage of the development process. In an effort to follow through with this policy the Planning Department has developed this impact questionnaire.
The Impact Questionnaire is intended to provide the City of Frederick information on how a project will place demands on the existing City’s infrastructure. The questionnaire is preliminary in nature and future studies and reports maybe required as a project moves forward in the approval process.
The Residential Impact Questionnaire will need to be part of the submission packet for any plan being reviewed by the Planning Commission or at staff level.
