The 2010 Comprehensive Plan Goals are based on the 8 Visions in Article 66B and the needs of the City.  The goals are the first step in outlining the direction that the City of Frederick will take during the next 30 years.  The goal of the 2010 Comprehensive Plan is intended to identify issues on the neighborhood and city wide level.  The 2010 Plan should not create a burden on the environment, infrastructure or the economic base.
