Services Include:
- Responsible for developing medium and long-range, infrastructure (water, sewer, drainage) planning for the City.
- Developing water, sewer, drainage master plans to guide infrastructure development and growth of the City.
- Process requests for compliance with Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance (APFO) and water / sewer allocation (LMC Chapter 742).
- Provide assistance to citizens in the evaluation of drainage and flooding problems and resolve those for which the City is responsible.

- Updating flood plain maps with FEMA - adopted September 2007
- Water Master Plan update - near completion and will be presented to Mayor and Board
