Earl Reed is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Maryland. Mr. Reed also brings over thirty years of public works engineering experience to the City with a concentration on traffic and transportation engineering. His experience includes a one-year stint with the City of Frederick Engineering Department as the City’s first traffic engineer. In addition, Mr. Reed has experience with the City of Los Angeles as a traffic engineer, Portland, Oregon as a transportation engineer and the City of West Linn, Oregon as City Engineer/Director of Public Works, where he was in charge of water, sewer and solid waste as well as transportation.
