The bid solicitations shown above are NOT for projects with City of Frederick. Purchasing Department regulations need not apply. These bids are posted as a public service for the homeowners participating in the Department of Community Development - Operation Rehab Program. Proposals are submitted to the HOMEOWNER for review. The HOMEOWNER (not the CITY) shall select and award the Bid. The HOMEOWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals and to waive any and all formalities in the Bidding Process. All contract agreements that result shall be between the HOMEOWNER and the awarded party.
