 CITY DOG PARK TO BE CLOSED DURING PORTIONS OF DECEMBER WEEKENDS

Carriage Ride Staging Area

Frederick, MD --The City of Frederick Dog Park located at 212 Carroll Parkway will be closed on the following weekend dates and times in December.  The closure of the park is to accommodate the Carriage Ride preparation and cleanup that will take place during this holiday season.

The Dog Park will be closed on the following dates and times:

• Saturday, December 6, 2008 from noon - 7:00 p.m.
• Sunday, December 7, 2008 from noon - 7:00 p.m.

• Saturday, December 13, 2008 from 3:00 p.m. - close (10:00 p.m.)
• Sunday, December 14, 2008 from noon - 8:00 p.m.

• Saturday, December 20, 2008 from 3:00 p.m. to close (10:00 p.m.)
• Sunday, December 21, 2008 from noon - 8:00 p.m.

• Saturday, December 27, 2008 from 3:00 p.m. to close (10:00 p.m.)
• Sunday, December 28, 2008 from noon - 8:00 p.m.

The Recreation Department thanks you in advance for following this schedule.  This will also allow for the horses that will be staged in the park to remain calm.
