KAREN YOUNG

Karen holds a BA from Franklin & Marshall College and both an MA in American History and an MBA from Columbia University. She has over thirty years of experience in senior level positions in banking and the financial services industry. Her areas of expertise include market research, product development, product management, strategic planning, customer service, branding, advertising and public relations. She currently operates her own market research and marketing consulting business, Karen Lewis Market Research.

As a 1998 graduate of Leadership Frederick, Karen has been extremely active in the Frederick community serving on boards or as a volunteer for over fifteen community organizations.
