Land Management Code with Supplements

The City of Frederick is pleased to announce that Supplement 8 of the Land Management Code (LMC) is now available. Hard copies may be purchased from the Planning Department at a cost of $10.00. Supplement 8 as well as the complete up-to-date version of the LMC may also be downloaded, free of charge, here. For more information, please contact Lea Ortiz at 301-600-3188.

The Land Management Code (LMC) was adopted in 2005 to serve as the City’s governing regulatory document pertaining to zoning and subdivision.
