1. Acceptance and approval of a $244,126 Community Services Block Grant

from the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development for

the operation of the Frederick Community Action Agency

2. Acceptance of a $2,165 State General Funds grant from the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development for the purpose of

operating the Frederick Community Action Agency

3. Acceptance of a $50,000 Home Owners Preserving Equity grant from

the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development for the

purpose of providing default and foreclosure counseling

4. Acceptance of a $20,000 Housing Counseling grant from the U.S. Depart-

ment of Housing and Urban Development to support the provision of housing counseling services provided by the Frederick Community Action Agency

5. Approval of a $5,000 Intergovernmental Agreement between the City

and the Frederick County Health Department for the provision of colorectal cancer education, prevention and screening services

6. Approval of a fee-for-services Breast and Cervical Cancer Program

grant from the Frederick County Health Department for the provision of

cancer screening, diagnostic and treatment services
