Special Collections Program This program is designed for use by City residents who have a large amount of material they wish to dispose of during times other than Bulk Trash weeks. The resident can call DPW Street Division at (301) 600-1172 to request the service. We will estimate the cost, and the resident must go to the Cashier's office in City Hall to pay the cost, provide us with a receipt of payment, and then we will schedule the collection. We will not pick up anything until the fee has been paid.
