Frederick, MD -- Please be advised that a portion of Elm Street between East 5th Street and Hospital Park will be closed on Saturday, September 15, 2007 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM for a neighborhood block party. The rain date scheduled for this event is Saturday, September 22, 2007.
