HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION APPLICATION SUBMISSION SCHEDULE AMENDED FOR 2007/2008
Frederick, MD -- The Planning Department has amended the Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) application submission schedule for the remaining portion of 2007 and established a new schedule for the first part of 2008. The application submittal deadline has been revised to enable staff additional time to evaluate applications for technical completeness and to allow HPC members an opportunity review submission prior to the HPC workshop. Additionally, the time period for re-submittal of revisions has been adjusted to give staff sufficient time to prepare staff reports for the upcoming hearing. The revised schedule follows:

REMINDERS
· If an applicant is not present for the workshop and hearing, his or her case will not be heard.
· If the HPC votes to continue an application to the next hearing, the applicant has until the dates posted above to submit revisions. (Only three continuances are allowed.)
· All deadlines will be strictly enforced.
