MAYOR CALLS FOR CLOSED SESSION

Frederick, Md. --- Mayor William J. Holtzinger has requested a Closed Session on Thursday, November 1, 2007 at 6:30 PM immediately preceding the scheduled 7:00 PM Mayor and Board of Aldermen Public Meeting. This action is in accordance with the authority granted under the Annotated Code of Maryland, State Government Article, Section 10-508 (a)(3) to consider the acquisition of real property for a public purpose and matters directly related thereto.

Mayor Holtzinger will entertain a motion to this effect at 6:30 PM and will comply with the Open Meetings Act to the fullest extent.
