MAYOR CALLS FOR CLOSED SESSION

Frederick, Md. --- Mayor William J. Holtzinger has requested a Closed Session on Wednesday, October 31, 2007 at 2:45 PM immediately preceding the scheduled 3:00 PM Workshop meeting. This action is in accordance with the authority granted under the Annotated Code of Maryland, State Government Article, Section 10-508 (a)(7) to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice on a legal matter.

Mayor Holtzinger will entertain a motion to this effect at 2:45 PM and will comply with the Open Meetings Act to the fullest extent.
