Land Management Code Supplements Available

The City of Frederick is pleased to announce that Supplements 3 and 4 of the Land Management Code (LMC) are now available for sale - $25.00 for a hard copy or free if you download from the website. Adopted on July 21, 2005, the LMC is a compilation of all the City’s local laws and regulations that govern the development and use of land. Future amendments to the LMC will be published and will be available on the City’s website. Supplements 3 and 4 reflect various clarifications and amendments to the LMC adopted last September and January.
