SpiresGIS Code Enforcement Map Now Available on the City’s Website
Frederick, Md. --- The City of Frederick presents the SpiresGIS Code Enforcement Map to the public. The map allows staff and the public to expressly identify, track and monitor code enforcement cases throughout the city. Violations identified on the map correlate to an area of that particular street. The symbols represent resolved violations for the year 2007. The red symbols represent those cases or violations identified during a proactive neighborhood sweep called “Operation Clean Sweep” that occurs once or twice during the summer months within every Neighborhood Advisory Council (NAC). The blue symbols represent other resolved violations identified during this year. The map will be updated routinely. Not every complaint or case will appear due to active investigations.
Please view the User Guide and Toolbar Help within each site for instructions on how to use these websites. More GIS websites will be available in the near future. Press releases will be issued upon their creation.
