NO TRASH OR YARD WASTE COLLECTION ON JULY 4, 2007

Frederick, Md. -- Please be advised that the City of Frederick will not provide trash collection services on Wednesday, July 4, 2007. This applies to customers that normally set out their trash on Tuesday evening for Wednesday morning collection. Please do not set your trash out on Tuesday, July 3, 2007. Customers are requested to hold their trash until the next regularly scheduled trash collection day which will be Friday, July 6, 2007.

Also, please be advised that this change in waste collection services also addresses curbside yard waste collection for residents that normally set their yard waste out on Tuesday evenings for the first Wednesday of the month collection. Please do not set your yard waste out on Tuesday, July 3, 2007. Please hold your yard waste until the next regularly scheduled yard waste collection day which will be Tuesday, July 17, 2007.
