HOME BUYER EDUCATION CLASS

The Frederick Community Action Agency (FCAA) is pleased to announce a free homebuyer education class to be held on Saturday, July 21, 2007 from 9am until 3pm. The class is being offered to potential first time homebuyers living in Frederick County, Maryland.
The homebuyer education class will discuss the entire home buying process, including: how credit scores affect mortgage qualification, prioritizing debt correction, and mortgage closing procedures.
Additional one-on-one counseling will also be offered for individuals that may be in need of further counseling. These sessions are also offered at no cost.
The FCAA is a HUD-approved Housing Counseling Agency. Individuals that complete the class will receive a certificate of completion, which is a requirement for Maryland CDA mortgages.
The class will be held at 100 South Market St.
