MAYOR CALLS FOR SPECIAL MEETING

Frederick, MD -- Mayor William J. Holtzinger has called for a Special Meeting of the Board of Aldermen on Wednesday, July 25, 2007 immediately following the conclusion of the regularly scheduled 3:00 PM Workshop meeting. This meeting will be held in the Boardroom at City Hall. The agenda for this meeting is as follows:

CONSIDERATION FOR APPROVAL OF:

1. Award of Bid #07-K for municipal community development software and Issuance of a Purchase Order in the amount of $120,000 to Innoprise Software

2. Award of a 5-year HTE Software Support Contract and Issuance of a Purchase Order in the amount of $75,000 to Innoprise Software
