POWER OUTAGE SCHEDULED BY ALLEGHENY POWER

Frederick, Md. --- Pursuant to information received from Allegheny Power, the City of Frederick has been advised that a schedule power outage will occur on Wednesday, January 31, 2007 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon. Specific residents and businesses affected by this power outage have been notified by Allegheny Power. Areas affected by the power outage will include some residents and businesses in first block of North Market Street and first block of East Church Street.
