EVENING WORKSHOP SCHEDULED FOR APFO DISCUSSION

Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised that the February 7, 2007 Workshop meeting normally schedule for 2:00 PM has been changed to 7:00 PM. The single topic of discussion at this Workshop will be the Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance (APFO). Mayor Holtzinger has changed the time of the Workshop meeting to accommodate City residents that are unable to attend a daytime Workshop.

Mayor Holtzinger stated “It is the hope of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen that holding this Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance (APFO) Workshop in the evening will result in heavy attendance and commentary by City residents. We hope City residents will plan on attending or at least viewing on Channel 99 the presentation of this proposed APFO.”

Public comment, limited to five (5) minutes per person or ten (10) minutes per group, is encouraged and welcomed. A sign up sheet is available prior to the meeting. The meeting will be held in the first floor Boardroom of City Hall. Please plan to attend this very important Workshop meeting.
