CITY DELAYS ENFORCEMENT OF CODE
“Removal of Snow and Ice from Sidewalks”

Frederick, MD --- Due to the extreme
conditions following the recent snow, ice, and sleet
storm, The City of Frederick Code Enforcement Department
has delayed the enforcement of Section 22-16 of the
City of Frederick Maryland Code titled “Removal
of Snow and Ice from Sidewalks” until Monday,
February 19, 2007.
