Frederick, MD -- Please be advised that West All Saints Street between Bentz Street and Mullinix Park Lane will be closed for the Annual Mountain City Elks Kids Safety Event and Parade on the following dates and times:

Thursday August 23, 2007 from 6:00 - 9:00PM
Friday August 24, 2007 from 6:00 - 9:00 PM
Saturday August 25, 207 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 PM.
Sunday August 26, 2007 from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
