STREET MAINTENANCE WORK IS SCHEDULED FOR WHITTIER AREA

FREDERICK, MD ---- The City of Frederick Street Maintenance Department is scheduled to clean and fill cracks in the existing asphalt on Whittier Drive and Weatherbourne Way as well as streets adjacent to Weatherbourne Way. An application of hot asphalt material will prevent moisture from penetrating the roadway. This material will cool and set within a few minutes of application. The work will begin on or about Wednesday, May 2, 2007.
