COURT STREET PARKING DECK TO BE CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE WORK

Frederick, Md. --- The City of Frederick Court Street Parking Deck will be closing for maintenance work at 6:00PM on Friday evening April 20, 2007 and reopening at 6:00AM on Monday April 23, 2007. All cars must be removed from the garage by 6:00PM on Friday, April 20, 2007 or they will not be able to leave the deck until Monday April 23. A final application of traffic bearing membrane is going to be applied at the ramps throughout the deck. The ramps must remain traffic free until the proper drying occurs.

During this time, the West Patrick Street Parking Deck located at 138 W. Patrick Street will be open for free parking for all of the monthly card holders from the Court Street Parking Deck as well as the patrons of the Weinberg Center who will be attending shows that weekend. Anyone that normally uses the Court Street Parking Deck during the weekend is asked to park in the West Patrick Street Parking Deck at no charge during this time. Normal parking will resume at the West Patrick Street Deck on Monday April 23, 2007 at 9:00AM. Cars exiting after 9:00AM will be charged to exit the deck. Monthly card holders from the Court Street Parking Deck should make plans to move their cars back to the Court Street Deck between 6AM and 9AM on April 23, 2007.
