EAST SOUTH STREET TO HAVE SCHEDULED CLOSURE

Frederick, MD ---- The City of Frederick Department of Engineering has granted a road closure permit for East South Street at the Cannon Hill Project to complete a water and sewer connection. This work is scheduled to begin on Tuesday April 17, 2007 and continue for up to five days between the hours of 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily.

East South Street between South Market Street and South Carroll Street will be closed to all traffic for approximately two days for sewer connection. Traffic will be detoured onto All Saints Street during the times of complete closure. One lane will be open for traffic during other utility work. Steel plates will be in place to allow traffic to pass after work hours.
