INSTALLATION OF NEW WATER SERVICE 100 BLOCK OF EAST THIRD STREET

Frederick, MD --- Please be advised that t he Department of Public Works Water Sewer Department will be open cutting along the 100 block of E. 3rd Street between Maxwell Avenue and Chapel Alley to prepare for the installation of the new water service. The scheduled date for this construction work is Wednesday, September 6, 2006 between the hours of 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Expect normal construction equipment such as backhoe, dump truck, air compressor, etc in the area.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause in your travels and thank you for your cooperation.

IMPACT TO AREA :

* E. 3rd Street from Maxwell Ave to Chapel Alley will be closed to through traffic. Emergency equipment will be able to access both ends but not travel thru.
