INSTALLATION OF NEW WATER SERVICE
CONTINUES IN THE
100 BLOCK OF EAST THIRD STREET

Frederick, MD --- Please be advised that the Department of Public Works Water and Sewer Department will be open cutting along the 100 block of East 3rd Street between Maxwell Avenue and Chapel Alley to prepare for the installation of the new water service. The scheduled date for this construction work is Tuesday September 12, 2006 from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm or until completed, weather permitting. Expect normal construction equipment such as backhoe, dump truck, air compressor, etc in the area.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause in your travels and thank you for your cooperation.

IMPACT TO AREA:

East 3rd Street from Maxwell Avenue to Chapel Alley will be closed to through traffic while new service is installed. Emergency equipment will be able to access both ends but not travel thru
