TEMPORARY STREET CLOSING SCHEDULED FOR EAST 4TH STREET

Frederick, MD ---.  Please be advised that the City of Frederick has granted a temporary street closure permit to Allegheny Power to close a lane on East 4th Street beginning Monday October 9, 2006 and continuing for approximately 2 months.   Allegheny Power will reserve the parking lane where they are working to allow for two lanes of traffic at all times.  However, there may be periods when one lane and flagging operation is necessary.
