MUNICIPAL ANNEX BUILDING GRAND OPENING

Frederick, MD --- The City of Frederick is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of the new Municipal Annex Building, located in Parking Deck #4 at 140 West Patrick Street. The Municipal Annex Building houses the Department of Engineering, Department of Planning, Department of Community Development and Department of Permits and Codes in an effort to better serve the citizens of the City of Frederick. In addition to ultimately providing “One Stop Shopping” for the most utilized City Departments, Parking Deck # 4 also provides 650 additional public parking spaces to the downtown area.

A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place on Tuesday, October 31, 2006 at 2:30 PM. This event is open to the public.
