WATER AND SEWER ALLOCATION
MASTER LIST UPDATE

Frederick, Md. --- Pursuant to the City’s water and sewer allocation regulations (§ 742 of the Land Management Code, Appendix A of the Frederick City Code, 1966, as amended), the Planning Department is now accepting applications from property owners wishing to add their development projects to the 2007 Water and Sewer Allocation Master List. Complete applications must be submitted to the Planning Department by Friday December 15, 2006. Please be advised that owners of projects that are on the 2006 Master List must still apply for placement on the 2007 Master List. These projects will be reevaluated to determine their eligibility and priority for water and sewer based on their current development review status. Applications are available online at the City’s website, http://www.cityoffrederick.com/PublicInfo/OtherInfo/WaterMasterList/waterMasterList.htm Upon its completion, the 2007 Master List will be available on the City’s website.
