The City of Frederick Planning Department is preparing its Water and Sewer Allocation Master List of development projects (residential, commercial, industrial) within the City. If you have a project that was approved in 2005-2006, currently in the City’s development review process, or a future project that will need public water, please go to www.cityoffrederick.com to download the appropriate Water and Sewer Allocation Form for your project. Completed forms must be submitted to the Planning Department by December 15, 2006. If you have any questions, contact the Planning Department at 301-600-1499.
