CONSENT AGENDA
All matters included under this item are considered
to be routine by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen. They will be enacted by one motion in the
form listed below, without separate discussion of each item, unless any person
present -- city official or citizen -- requests an item or items to be removed
from the Consent Agenda. Any item
removed from the Consent Agenda will be considered separately at the end of the
Consent Agenda. If you would like any of

A. Agreements Between City and Developers
1.
Approval of release of F&M Nat’l Bank LOC #4880-80001 in sum of
$10,500 posted by Dutch’s Zoo, LLC, as guarantee of completion of afforestation
to Prospect View, Phase 9,
2. Approval of release of Wachovia Bank LOC
#SM204004W in sum of $137,822 posted by Kensington Realty, Inc. as guarantee of
completion of improvements to the Kensington Sales Lot located on Baughman’s
Lane and further described in PWA dated 08/28/03 and acceptance of 390 L.F. of
new sidewalk
3. Approval of release of Developer’s Surety
Bond #892855S in sum of $52,005.30 posted by Mayfair Properties, LLC, as guarantee
of completion of improvements to Governor’s Choice, Lot 16, further described
in PWA dated 08/18/03 and acceptance of 182 L.F. of new storm drain.

of a recommendation made by the Utility Committee at its meeting on April 25,
2006 to grant a request to maintain existing multiple water and sewer
connections at the County-owned Montevue site, with the condition that within
10 years or at the time of the next submission of plans for the property,
whichever comes first, that the water main connections between Montevue Lane
and Rocky Springs Road be decreased to a total of two connections AS
