A.  Agreements Between City and Developers

1.  Approval of release of F&M Nat’l Bank LOC #4880-80001 in sum of $10,500 posted by Dutch’s Zoo, LLC, as guarantee of completion of afforestation to Prospect View, Phase 9, Lot 2B, further described in FCA dated 04/16/99

 

2.  Approval of release of Wachovia Bank LOC #SM204004W in sum of $137,822 posted by Kensington Realty, Inc. as guarantee of completion of improvements to the Kensington Sales Lot located on Baughman’s Lane and further described in PWA dated 08/28/03 and acceptance of 390 L.F. of new sidewalk

 

3.  Approval of release of Developer’s Surety Bond #892855S in sum of $52,005.30 posted by Mayfair Properties, LLC, as guarantee of completion of improvements to Governor’s Choice, Lot 16, further described in PWA dated 08/18/03 and acceptance of 182 L.F. of  new storm drain.
