BENTZ STREET ROAD WORK WILL CAUSE FULL DAY CLOSURE AND SEVERAL DAYS OF ALTERNATING LANE CLOSURES ….EXPECT DETOURS AND DELAYS

Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised that Bentz Street, between Church Street and Patrick Street , will be closed beginning on Thursday, May 11th, from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. This closure is necessary to allow sewer utility connections from Baker Park to the new condominiums on the east side of Bentz Street. All traffic will be detoured at East Church Street. Bentz Street will also have alternating lane closures on Wednesday, May 10th, Friday, May 12th, Monday, May 15th, Tuesday May 16th, and Wednesday, May 17th, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Proceed with caution as there will be steel plates in the road.
