EAST CHURCH STREET MOVING TOWARDS FINAL TOP COAT OF PAVING NEXT WEEK

Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised that the City of Frederick will begin work on the preparation for final paving of East Church Street next week. On Wednesday, April 5th, East Church Street, from North Market Street to the Church Street Parking Deck, will be milled. Work is expected to take place from 7 a.m. - 4 p.m., weather and emergency work permitting.

IMPACT TO AREA:
1. One lane closure at a time. Traffic will be allowed passage at all times, expect delays.
2. No parking signs will be posted between North Market Street and the Church Street Parking Deck.
3. Expect normal construction equipment in the area.

The final top coat paving, from North Market Street to East Street, is tentatively scheduled to take place on Monday, April 10th, and Tuesday, April 11th. Final confirmation of this schedule will be made public. There will be no parking permitted on this section of East Church Street during this roadwork.
