PORTIONS RAY SMITH ROAD, A COUNTY ROAD, TO BE CLOSED THROUGHOUT APRIL AND COULD IMPACT CITY TRAVEL

Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised that the City of Frederick recently was informed that American Infrastructure, a contractor working on the County’s New Design Water Transmission Main, Part 3, will be temporarily closing portions of Ray Smith Road to through traffic beginning on or around Wednesday, April 5th.

This work will be done in two phases with each phase lasting approximately two weeks. The first phase will close the south side and the second phase will close the north side. Traffic detours will be posted.
