CITY LAND MANAGEMENT CODE AND OTHER PLANNING DOCUMENTS NOW AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE

Frederick, Md. --- The City of Frederick’s Planning Department is pleased to announce that the recently adopted Land Management Code (LMC), which is Appendix A to the City of Frederick Code, is now available for sale. Adopted on July 21, 2005, the LMC is a compilation of all the City’s local laws and regulations that govern the development and use of land. This document also includes the first two supplements to the adopted LMC. Future amendments to the LMC will be published and will be available on the City’s website www.cityoffrederick.com.
