Temporary traffic detours will be installed on a daily basis, as needed, from 6:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. During these temporary detours, only local traffic will be permitted on the Hamilton Avenue, between East Patrick Street and East South Street. The intended detour will be either Franklin Street or Carroll Street.
