CONTINUED INSTALLATION OF TEMPORARY BYPASS PIPING ALONG GROVE BLVD. DURING FIRST WEEK IN JUNE

Frederick, Md. ---Please be advised that Mid-Atlantic Utilities, Inc. will continue the installation of temporary bypass piping along Grove Blvd., from 2nd Street to Rosemont Avenue, during the first week of June. The bypass piping will provide water service to the properties within the work area. This work is in preparation of the water main replacement that will follow over the next four to five months. Construction activity will be seen on Grove Blvd., between Rosemont Ave. and West 2nd St. through September 2006.

IMPACT TO AREA:
Traffic control devices such as traffic cones, signs and arrow boards will be used to limit traffic to one lane during the hours of 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Please exercise caution when driving or walking in the vicinity of the temporary bypass piping (blue pipe along street).
Please note that during the progress of this work, parking along the street is strongly discouraged. During non-working hours, miscellaneous equipment and materials will be stored within the parking lanes of the streets as necessary.
