3. Approval of release of RLI Bond #SSB-339015 in sum of $116,924 posted by Clover Ridge, LLC, as guarantee of completion of public improvements to Chris- topher’s Crossing in Clover Ridge, further described in PWA dated 02/11/02 and acceptance of Christopher’s Crossing, Station 10+65 to 18+50 into City’s system

4.
