PORTION OF WEST PATRICK STREET CLOSED TO TRAFFIC IN THE EVENINGS NEXT WEEK

Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised that Hess Construction Company, a contractor for the City of Frederick’s construction of parking deck #4, will be closing a portion of West Patrick Street, between Court and Bentz Streets, in the evenings next week in order to complete the installation of precast panels on the north side of deck #4.
1. West Patrick Street, from Court Street to Bentz Street, will be closed to thru traffic from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday, January 9 - Thursday, January 12. Please note that West Patrick Street will be open to all traffic between the hours of 6 a.m. - 8 p.m. daily. The closing is only during evening hours.
2. Travelers will be detoured right on Court Street, left on Second Street, left on Bentz Street, then back to West Patrick Street.
3. Parking will be allowed in private lots between Court Street and Bentz Street.
4. Local traffic will also be granted access entering on West Patrick Street to Bentz Street.
5. Flagmen will be working during all shifts, please proceed with caution in this area.
