NEW CITY PERMIT REQUIRED FOR RESTAURANTS AND/OR FOOD PREPARATION BEGINNING IN MARCH 2006

Frederick, Md. ---- Please be advised that, effective March 1, 2006, the City of Frederick Building Department WILL REQUIRE, at the time of submission of application for any permit for any new construction and/or renovation to any structure or site relating to restaurants and/or food preparation, a Letter-of-Approval from the Frederick County Health Department.
