PLANNING COMMISSION SCHEDULES SPECIAL PUBLIC HEARING FOR CANTERBURY STATION

Frederick, Md. --- Please be advised that the Planning Commission Public Hearing cases originally scheduled for Monday August 14, 2006 at 6:00 PM in the City Hall Board Room, to consider a Final Site Plan and Preliminary Forrest Conservation Plan proposed for the residential development known as Canterbury Station, shall be continued to a special public hearing on Monday August 21, 2006 at 6:00 PM in the City Hall Board Room. Applicant seeks approval of a preliminary forest conservation plan and final site plan for a proposed 546 residential development on 43.18 acres consisting of a mix of townhouses, single family, and adult condominiums, along with a 9.3 acre proposed park site. The property is bounded by 16th Street, North East Street, and North Market Street.
